Endurance is not a popular topic in many Christian circles today. That\u2019s largely because no one enjoys the idea of hardship or trials. Yet, we cannot ignore the reality of tribulations. While it is true that God can and does deliver us from storms, it is equally important to teach believers how to endure the storms they must walk through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are situations God will rescue us from instantly\u2014and others He allows us to pass through, strengthening us with grace and perseverance along the way. The New Testament epistles are filled with calls to endure. Even our faith in God, especially during trials, demands endurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our anchor scripture makes it clear: a true soldier of Christ must be able to endure hardship. Endurance is a sign of spiritual maturity and sound discipleship. When we remain steadfast in trials, it produces something precious in us\u2014godly character and enduring hope. This inner growth is often invisible in the moment, but its fruits are eternal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBehold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.\u201d
